Heavy-Duty, Wall-Mounted, Ligature-Resistant, Touchless Drinking Fountain & Water Bottle Filling Station - Concealed Sensor, Non-Refrigerated, ADA, Stainless Steel
This unit provides a ligature-resistant design. The drinking fountain features tapered side splashes. a sloping backsplash top, conical bubbler, and grid strainer, all reducing the risk of the fixture being used as a ligature attachment point. The bottle filler also features a sloping top, also contributing to ligature resistance. The drinking fountain shall be activated by a 9-volt infrared sensor concealed beneath the basin skirt for wave-on and wave-off operation. Bubbler shall deliver 0.3 gallons (1.14 liter) per minute flow with a maximum run time of 10 seconds. Flexible or stainless steel drinking fountain bubblers are available. The fountain to include an integral D-shape basin with a grid strainer, waste piping, and P-trap waste fitting.
Bottle Filler shall be provided with sensor-operated control with a 20-second maximum run time. Sensor solenoid valve assembly to include Battery Operation. An enclosure is provided to conceal the P-trap and solenoid valve assembly.
The Drinking Fountain, Bottle Filler, and Trap Enclosure are constructed of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel with exposed surfaces polished to a #4 satin finish. Unit to conform with ANSI, UFAS, and ADA accessibility standards, when installed properly. Unit shall conform with ANSI A117.1, Public Law 111-380 (NO-LEAD), CHSC 116875, and NSF/ANSI 61, Section 9.
