Murdock's Cast Iron Sanitary Post Hydrants are SafeWater® models engineered to eliminate cross-contamination and protect potable water supplies. Built with a non-pollutable piston design certified to ASSE 1057, these hydrants prevent surface and groundwater infiltration while maintaining a lead-free brass waterway. The valve housing is buried below the frost line for freeze resistance in cold climates, and an ADA-compliant lever-handle model is available for accessible installations.
